I hope it’s obvious by now that I’m organized. Given the trust it requires to allow a stranger into your home, I’ll skip right to the juicy details about me in hopes I don’t feel like a stranger:

I’m the friendliest New Yorker you’ve ever met.
Every time, without fail: I’m that person people call when they find themselves in a conundrum.
I can do a backflip.
My cat’s name is Sardine.
I believe the world would be a better place if everyone listened to Funk music.
I can make any k9 officer laugh in disbelief by my command over my German Shepherd.
I have a green thumb.
I’m a certified yoga teacher.
My inquisitive mind has acquired a plethora of obscure knowledge that will likely never benefit me.
I went to the Era’s Tour by myself and have been a devoted swifty for 17 years.

I was born with the ‘I’ll figure it out gene.’
I’m a problem solver with the ability to see a project beginning to end before it starts.
I got working papers on my 14th birthday and haven’t stopped since.
For the past 10 years I have worked in project management, sales, and IT for Tech giants Tesla and Apple.
I have never had the privilege of any financial assistance.
I moved to NJ in 2021 when I purchased my first investment property at 28 years old.
I am the youngest, only girl, & first on both sides to graduate college. I have a Bachelors Degree in Advertising & Public Relations.
I’ve never paid someone for any aspect of this business. Every single element you see from graphic design to copywriting is crafted by my own hand. I hope you like it!
